Who is responsible
Foundry in Pune, India (postcode 411014) is the controller of the personal data described here.
EU representative
Our EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR is not yet appointed.
We will publish their name, address and email on this page before we market to buyers in the EU.
What we collect and why
- When you buy: your email address, the product, the amount, and the Razorpay order and payment numbers. We use them to deliver the product, send updates and handle refunds. Razorpay handles your card details. We never receive them.
- When you ask for a free sample: your email address. We use it to send the sample and, with the list we keep for this, to tell you about related products. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
- When you browse: we count product page views. We do not store your IP address or your browser details with that count.
Cookies
We set no cookies for visitors and buyers. Our own login cookie exists only for the site operator. The Razorpay checkout script loads on product pages and can set its own cookies. Razorpay's policy covers those.
Who receives your data
- Razorpay: payment processing.
- Resend: sending our emails and holding the sample-request list.
- Cloudflare R2: storing product files. These files hold no buyer data.
- Render: hosting the site, the API and the database.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as accounting, tax and refund rules require. We keep a sample-request email until you ask us to remove it.
Transfers outside the EU
We operate from India. India has no EU adequacy decision. If you buy from the EU or the UK, your order data comes to us in India because we need it to complete your purchase (GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). We send no more data than the purchase needs.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you may object to processing. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. If you are in the EU, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
